Today, the Miscreant’s Dictionary defines “labor union.”

labor union

1. an organization formed to resist fundamental market changes and drive economic inflation via increasing the costs of goods and services through unreasonable demands

2. an organization formed to protect the rights and safety of employees against the selfish interests of management

3. collectively, organizations who care a great deal about their own members but care little for the plight of overseas workers in unregulated economies.
