I suggest you view Howard Dean’s voting record…
He balances the budget 8 years in a row and he also recieved a 100% approval rating from the NRA.
Yet he is insane?

Dean’s record while he was Governor was great. But his public statements since running for President, and since taking over the DNC, have left a LOT to be desired. So, while I don’t ask you to agree with me, I stand by my definition.
