Free Speech Lawsuit vs. White House Volunteers - An Update

April 17, 2007

In March off 2005, three dissenters were tossed out of a publicly-funded Presidential speech by two volunteers.  Two of the dissenters sued in federal court, and today there was some news about the arguments that the two volunteers (the defendants) were using to appeal to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Two cool outer space-related news stories caught my eye today, one about discovering the first water outside the solar system and one predicting what color alien foliage would be under a different sun.

Profiteering from 9/11

There’s an informercial on TV playing for a bogus 9/11 commemerative coin made by a company that was taken to court by now-Governor Eliot Spitzer.  These slimeballs need to be smacked around again by the families and friends of 9/11 victims, and the sooner, the better.
