I’m a nanotech geek, and so I follow the latest R&D in the field. Given that it’s a rapidly evolving field, I’ve decided to do a roundup of cool nanotechnology applications, research, updates on previously reported applications, even the politics of nanotech. Free Speech Lawsuit vs. White House Volunteers - An Update

In March off 2005, three dissenters were tossed out of a publicly-funded Presidential speech by two volunteers. Two of the dissenters sued in federal court, and today there was some news about the arguments that the two volunteers (the defendants) were using to appeal to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Profiteering from 9/11

There’s an informercial on TV playing for a bogus 9/11 commemerative coin made by a company that was taken to court by now-Governor Eliot Spitzer. These slimeballs need to be smacked around again by the families and friends of 9/11 victims, and the sooner, the better.
